Breakage or Damage during Deliveries

Falcon’s Sphere packs all the products in a very safe and firm procedure. However, it rarely happens but if there are any issues with your order upon receiving please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and Falcon’s Sphere will be more than happy to assist you in each possible solution. Falcon’s Sphere will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. If needed, we will proceed with further inspection caused by the couriers during transit.

Still if you find any issue upon the delivery please feel free to share it with us. Damascus is well known to catch rust with the passage of time which can easily be taken care off by cleaning the product with a hand towel after every usage. Falcon’s Sphere will be not be responsible for any kind of depreciation of products after 14 days of the product purchase.
